We recommend that you refrain from disclosing your national identification number and any sensitive personal data, such as personal data about race or ethnicity, religious belief, union membership, sexuality, or health data.

PR collects, processes, and stores the following personal data:

- Personal data which you have disclosed in your job application and CV as well as any attachments
- Personal data you disclose during any job interviews

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of assessing whether we can offer you a position at PR.
Legal basis for processing
PR will mainly process your personal data based on the following legal bases:
- Request to enter an employment contract with us: We may process your personal data based on your request to enter into an employment contract with PR (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Legitimate interests: We may process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in carrying out further assessments of whether we want to hire you, including on the basis of publicly available information on the internet (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Consent: In exceptional cases and only when no other legal basis can be applied, PR may ask separately for your consent to process your personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) and 9 (2) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and s. 8 (3) of the Danish Data Protection Act). PR will, for instance, only take references from your previous and/or current employers or collect your health information or criminal records if you have consented to this.
Retention period
If you are offered a position with PR, your application and additional relevant personal data obtained during the recruitment procedure will be stored in your employee file.
If you are not offered a position, we will store your application and any additional personal data obtained during the recruitment procedure for a period of 6 months following our rejection, unless you have provided your consent to the storage hereof for a longer period.
You can withdraw any consent you may have given to us during our recruitment process at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will affect the processing of your personal data going forward but it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place before your withdrawal of the consent. 4. Customers, suppliers, collaborators etc.

When you deliver goods at our physical locations, PR processes your personal data through access control and TV surveillance. PR may collect, process, and store the following types of personal data about you:

- To ensure the safety of our physical locations
- To prevent and solve crime in our physical locations

- Legitimate interests: We base the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interests in being able to give you access to our physical locations and in protecting our physical locations (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Information about offences collected through television surveillance is also processed in the light of PR's legitimate interest in solving criminal offences (Section 8(3) of the General Data Protection Act).
Retention period
Your personal data will be stored for up to 30 days after your visit. However, the information can be stored for a longer period in anonymized form.
5.3 When you visit our office facilities and other buildings

When you visit our office facilities and other buildings, PR processes your personal data through access control and guest registration. PR may collect, process, and store the following types of per-sonal data about you:

- Your employer
- Your e-mail

- Date and time of your visit

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To give you access to our office facilities and other buildings
- To manage your visit with us

The processing of your personal data is based on the following basis:
- Legitimate interests: PR bases the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interests in being able to communicate with and market us to you on our social media profiles, as well as our legitimate interest in improving our products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Social media providers base the processing of your personal data on their legitimate interests, including their interest in improving their ad system and providing statistics to PR, which the social media provider, for example, prepares based on your visit to PR’s profile or social media page. In addition, the social media providers have a legitimate interest in providing an innovative, individually adapted, secure and profitable service (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). - Consent: The social media providers process some of your personal data in accordance with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your social media privacy settings (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period
Your personal data will be stored for as long as your like, comment, message etc. is active on our social media profile and until you delete it. However, the information can be stored for a longer period in anonymized form.

Who do social media providers share your personal data with?
Social media providers may, among other things, share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Other devices in the group of which the social media provider is a part of

- Legitimate interests: We may process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in e.g., being able to communicate with you. The processing may also be necessary for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud or establishing, defending, or asserting legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Legal obligation: The processing of your personal data will in some cases be necessary for compliance with legal obligations, such as our obligation to prevent illegal activities or to re-port significant shares to public ownership registers (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Consent: The processing of your CPR number will exceptionally mean that we will request your consent (Section 11(2)(2)(2) of the General Data Protection Act). In this case, the specific purposes will appear in the consent text.
8. Transmission to other controllers and entrustment to data processors
To achieve the above purposes, we may give third parties access to your personal data, which, based on a contractual relationship with PR, provides relevant services, this could be IT suppliers or other suppliers that process personal data for us. Such suppliers will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions according to the signed data processing agreements.
In the context of PR's development, the corporate structure may change, e.g., by the total or partial sale of the company. In the case of a partial transfer of assets containing personal data, the processing basis for the related transfer of personal data is, as a rule, Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, since PR has an interest in transferring parts of its assets and making commercial/structural changes.
In addition to what is described above, your personal data is generally not disclosed to a third party without your consent. However, in certain circumstances and under the law, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to e.g. the police, lawyers, accountants, courts, other public authorities, potential buyers and group-linked companies.
If your personal data are transferred to data processors or data controllers established in countries outside the EU/EEA that do not have an adequate level of protection, such a transfer will only take place once a transfer basis is secured. In addition, the transfer will be based on the EU Commission's standard contracts.
