RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return an item back to us according to the conditions below. A credit note will be issued to your account at PR electronics and the outstanding amount will automatically be set off against future purchases. The following criterion must be met:
- Items may only be returned after agreement with our customer service and must be accompanied by a completed Product Returns Form (download the form here).
- Items returned without prior agreement will be refused and returned to you at your own expense and risk.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging and be accompanied by the manual, if one has been delivered with the item.
- The item must be unused and in saleable condition (as new).
Standard items xxxxA
- Items returned within 30 days after delivery will be credited at 100% of the invoiced amount.
- Items returned after one month and before six months after delivery will be credited at 75% of the invoiced amount.
- Items returned more than 6 months after delivery will not be credited.
- Special conditions for 4114 and 4116: Items with serial numbers lower than 090390001 will not be credited.
I.S. items xxxxB
- Items returned within 30 days after delivery will be credited at 75% of the invoiced amount.
- Items returned after one month and before three months after delivery will be credited at 50% of the invoiced amount.
- Items returned more than three months after delivery will not be credited.
Special items
Accessories and other special items cannot be returned.
Carriage
Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted, nor will we credit your costs in returning the item to us. Transport risks in connection with return deliveries are borne by you.
