Water recycle tank

 

 

The water recycling tank can store excess wastewater during heavy rain. Level measurements are necessary to avoid tank overflow.

 

The tank level measurement is done with a pressure transmitter and overflow protection is accomplished by means of two tank level switches. Both level switches are connected to the double channel PR 9202B pulse isolator and the active mA signal from the level transmitter is connected to the PR 9113B temperature / mA converter.

 

The output signals from the PR 9202B and PR 9113B are connected to the control system. This solution also eliminates any potential ground loop issues because the field devices are not directly connected to a non-isolated input card.
